Dr. Kenneth Lee, Chief Consultant, is specialized in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Leadership, and Information Technology. As a hotel manager for 20 years, combined with seven years as faculty at California State University, Dr. Lee delivers a blend of theory and practicality.
